Mech Girls

A nerdy colour sketch with some girls in mech armour and light-saber like weapons.  I started with the intention of doing a quick and loose study but it kept getting more and more detailed.

dragon painting update

Did some more work on my latest painting.. I'm not sure about the pattern on the dragon though, it looks a little busy (and a bit too much like avatar), so I may go back to a solid colour. I am still working on the clouds, and I will add some kind of motion blurring to the effect to speed.

Here is a new drawing and colour sketch.  I'm going to add some more details and adjust the lighting a lot more, but its a good start.

My entries into the diablo three art contest.  One is a more classical fantasy type image, while the other is a more humorous look at the barbarian character.  After a few more touches and color tweaks I will enter them in the contest..

rough sketches for Diablo character

A few pages of collected character sketches ( I condensed 5 pages into 3), done for an upcoming art contest.  The character is a barbarian from Diablo three in various action poses.  I'm going to work out a few of the better ones, and then paint the best.
