Here is a bunch of drawings I did at work, the same thing drawn a few times. The dragon creature is a design for my hydra character (from another painting.. still in progress)..

Red Sonja Color Sketch

Its been a while since my last post, but I have been working on an art book (that hopefully will be finished by the end of January).  This is a quick and fun color sketch I did during a lunch break at work.  It is based on a loose pen drawing that I scanned and painted up in photo shop.

October Pinups (inks and colour)

I am inking and possibly colouring a few of the better drawings..

October pinups (part two)

And so it continues.. who knew one drawing a day would be such an ordeal?  This batch also features colour image from guest artist Brian Wong!

October pin-ups (part one)

My buddy Marco Bucci is doing a painting-a-day project for October, and that inspired me to trying doing a drawing-a-day for the rest of the month.  I'm doing pinups with a halloween costume theme, so hopefully I don't run out of sexy outfit ideas too quickly.

stone creature painting finished

Here is the finished painting, I think it turned out alright.  I tried to leave some areas more loose and sketchy and focused the detail around the girl and her dog.

some new colour sketches

Here are a couple new things from the last few weeks.  The wonder woman was for my work's sketch club and the other painting is a work in progress that I will be finishing up in the near future.

rio dolphin force colour sketch

A quick painting featuring the Rio dolphin force chasing some starfish poachers! This was a comic book idea that has been on the back burner for a while, and now I'm testing out various painting styles.

viking painting

Some new work, including a colour sketch and a character design!  Both images started as pencil sketches that I cleaned up and painted in photoshop.  I hope to start on a comic soon so I am trying to develop a quick painting style that I can easily replicate over many panels.

diablo three art contest

An image I painted for a Diablo three art contest, based on the demon hunter character from the game. The site didn't accept the first version so I had to add some more clothing.

batgirl cosplay colour sketches

A new colour sketch, with two final versions. I have a simple one with a matte background , and a second, set at a convention-like setting, with comics and art books.

Amazons vs. Minator (part 2)

making of series

These are some tutorial images I made for a website called CG Arena. Its a great place to post art and on-line portfolios (they let you post high rez images, resumes and so on). These pages are from their September-October 2011 free web magazine.

spider monster

A new photoshop colour sketch for the sketchclub. The topic was horror I drew up a creepy spider-monster thing. I tried to work quickly and use a wide variety of brushes to give the image some energy.

monster and witch

Some new paintings for the weekly sketch group. The show I am currently working is ending this week, so I've had tones of time to paint.. here are a couple images I came up with..

blog banners

Some possible banners of the old blog.. some are in a widescreen format and others are more compact.

fresh sketches

A couple new images, both pencil and ink drawings for the Arc sketch club.
